When I met Chloe and Thurman over a Zoom call, I was sure we were a perfect match! And I was right! We share a love for food and sourdough baking, vintage fashion, and all things joyful! I’m proud of these two, as they had their wedding exactly the way they imagined and trusted me to capture it authentically.

Here is a formula from a lovely celebrant, Fiona, on Creating a Ceremony That Feels Like Home

“Wedding planning can be overwhelming, and when it comes to the ceremony, many couples think there are endless rules to follow for it to be “proper” or legal. In reality, you only need an HSE-registered solemniser, like me, to officiate and sign the legal paperwork, and this can happen almost anywhere, from beautiful venues to even an Airbnb.

Once the legal bit is covered, you have complete freedom to make the ceremony your own, with no restrictions on music, readings, or rituals. Whether you imagine barefoot vows under the stars, a clifftop sunrise, a heartfelt handfasting, or a cacao ceremony, the only “rule” is that it feels like you.

My role is to guide you, ask thoughtful questions, and hold the space so your story can unfold naturally, without pressure to write perfect vows or know every tradition. I’m here to bring calm to what can be a whirlwind, creating a safe, joyful space for whatever emotions the day holds. Every ceremony I create is personal, honest, and filled with connection, wrapping you and your guests in a warm hug of celebration. Because when a ceremony feels like home, it’s unforgettable.
